Launch of the OER Competency Framework in English, French, Arabic, Portuguese and Vietnamese

This workshop launch the OER Competency Framework developed by OIF in partnership with UNESCO, ALECSO, The Open Education Consortium, UVT.

This session will provide an overview of the OER Competency Framework and explore strategies for its contribution to ensuring skills to use OER effectively in education systems.
